| Thompson/Boling Arena directions NOTE: Please allow extra time as there are many traffic lights to pass through on your way to the Thompson/Boling Arena area. ALSO: avoid using on-line direction services (mapquest/google maps/yahoo maps, etc.) as the James White Parkway at I-40 will be closed for 10 or more months, and this closure will not be reflected in the on-line services. From Northeast of Knoxville (Bristol, Kingsport, Johnson City) I-81 South to I-40 West I-40 West to Exit 389 (Broadway & Hall of Fame Drive) Go Left (South) onto Hall of Fame Drive Stay on Hall of Fame Drive for appx. 1 mile As you pass the Civic Coliseum on the left, and before the Basketball Hall of Fame, Turn Right onto the ramp for Neyland Drive Merge onto Neyland Drive. appx. 1/5 mile ahead on the right is Neyland Football Stadium and a large Parking Garage Thompson/Boling Arena is just after the parking garage. Ticket Office: turn right onto Lake Loudon Blvd, and turn right onto Phillip Fulmer Way. Ticket office is located under pedestrian bridge on the right. Parking: multiple parking lots and garages near the arena From North of Knoxville (La Follette, Lexington, KY) I-75 South to I-275 South I-275 to I-40 West (towards Nashville) I-40 West to exit #386B, Rt 129 / Alcoa Highway / Airport Once on Alcoa Highway, get into second from right lane (right lane exits to Kingston Pike) Take Neyland Drive Exit Turn Left onto Neyland Drive Stay on Neyland Drive for appx 1 1/ 2 miles Turn Left onto Lake Loudon Blvd at the Arena.
