Please note: Provide extra drive time to the arena. It is suggested to arrive at least 30 to 45 minutes prior to event start time. Traffic can be very congested and extra time may be needed to get into parking areas.
Reminder: The ticket office for Thompson-Boling Arena is on street level (to purchase tickets or will call to pick up tickets); main entrance gates are at the top of the concrete pedestrian ramps.

- I-40 West towards Knoxville
- Take Exit #388A James White Parkway
- As you exit, get into right lane before merging onto James White Parkway.
- Once on the Parkway, follow signs for Neyland Drive / Univ. of Tenn. BEWARE: James White Parkway goes to the left, Neyland goes ahead. Stay on Neyland.
- Appx 1/2 mile ahead on the right is Neyland Football Stadium and a large Parking Garage. Thompson-Boling Arena is just after the parking garage.
Ticket Office: Turn right onto Lake Loudon Blvd, and turn right onto Phillip Fulmer Way. Ticket offices are located under the first pedestrian bridge on the right and at the gates located on the second level.
Parking: Multiple parking lots and garages near the arena; watch for parking signage and follow traffic officers.
