The Thompson-Boling Arena is committed to making events accessible to all guests, and we offer a number of services in order to fulfill this commitment.
Our staff will be happy to assist you with ushering, easy-access seating, emergency medical assistance/first aid, and a variety of additional services.
For assistance at any time, please call us at (865) 974-0953, or visit our Customer Service window (during events) located on the main concourse of the Thompson-Boling Arena.
Please notify us as early as possible with any accessibility requests so that we may prepare for your arrival.
SERVICES FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
Accessible seating is located throughout the facility in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Accessible seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis when ordering tickets.
Animals are not permitted in the Thompson-Boling Arena. Exceptions include guide, sign and signal dogs to aid Guests with disabilities.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted Listening Devices are available upon request from the Arena Manager’s Office. The devices should be requested a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the event so that we can make appropriate arrangements. A Photo ID is required as collateral for using the assisted listening device. The ID will be exchanged back for the device when returned.
Parking for those with disabilities is available in each of the parking lots surrounding the Thompson-Boling Arena. The spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Sign interpreters are available upon request. Interpreters must be requested two weeks prior to the event. To request a sign interpreter, please call the Arena Manager’s Office at (865) 974-0953.
